Maria is on reception, greeting patients and managing the diary. A true people person, she takes real pride in making sure every patient feels valued and cared for. Pair that with a keen eye for detail and you have someone who notices both how you are feeling and what needs doing, from the moment you walk in.

Maria is the person who looks up when you come through the door, and the one who finds room for the appointment that does not quite fit the diary.
Walking into a clinic sore and a little anxious is a common way to arrive. Being left standing about, unsure where to go or whether anyone knows you are there, is exactly what Maria is there to prevent. Her natural warmth and empathy put people at ease.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys socialising with her family and friends, going to the theatre, and her biggest love is spending time with and getting out for walks with her two rescue dogs, Red and Ruby.
Behind the welcome is a careful, meticulous approach. Maria is genuinely passionate about crossing every T and dotting every I, whether that is confirming your appointment, checking your details are right or making sure your clinician has what they need before you go in. It is the kind of care you rarely notice, because nothing gets missed.
