The quickest way to be seen.
Call during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, and you will get through to our front desk team, who can see the diary and find you a time. If something has just flared up, ring first thing, as we hold some appointments back each week for new and sudden problems.
Our phone line is open 24 hours a day. Outside opening hours, Sophie, our AI receptionist, will answer and can book or reschedule an appointment for you. For anything else, she will take a message and we will come back to you on the next working day.
Writing to us
What to tell us in a message.
Four things make it much easier for us to be useful in the first reply.
- What hurts, and roughly whereabouts
- How long it has been going on
- What you have already tried, including anything a GP or another clinician has said
- What you want to get back to doing
Out of hours
If you message us out of hours.
Messages sent by WhatsApp or through this form in the evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are picked up on the next working day. If you would rather not wait, call and Sophie can book you in. There is no need to send a message twice.
If you are worried that something is serious, or the pain came on suddenly after a fall or an accident, do not wait on us. Speak to your GP, ring 111, or use A&E if it is that sort of problem. We will still be here afterwards.
