Appointments, records, correspondence and all the little details that make a clinic run smoothly sit with Jami. Most of it you will never see, which is rather the point. She is often the first person a patient speaks to, and she takes that responsibility seriously. Calling a clinic when you are in pain or unsure what help you need is not always easy. Jami’s role is to make that first step as simple as possible: answering your questions clearly, putting you at ease and helping you book an appointment with the right person.

For Jami, great care starts long before you meet a clinician. It is about a warm welcome, clear information about what to expect and speaking to someone who remembers you when you call back. And if there is ever something about your experience that could have been better, Jami wants to hear about it. Making sure patients feel listened to and looked after is just as important as keeping everything running behind the scenes.
