Introducing Our Strength & Longevity Sessions

A safe, structured, and supportive way to rebuild your strength, mobility, and confidence—without fear of making things worse.


Regular one-to-one sessions with our sports therapist and strength coach, Alex Moss, where you’re guided through supervised strength and longevity sessions using gentle, tailored exercises—so you only do what helps you build strength safely, without making anything worse, and achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.
